FUN RUN

AUGUST 21, 2011

On Sunday August 21st, we had another FUN RUN. Nine bikes participated in the run despite the weather forecast of severe storms.

We left the store and headed north on Pellissippi to Edgemoor. We rode Edgemoor all the way to Norris Freeway. We went north through Norris, then over Norris Dam and then to Lake City where we stopped for a brief break.

After the break, we took 116 West to 330 to Oliver Springs. From Oliver Springs, we took 62 toward Oak Ridge and got on Melton Hill Lake Road. Then we got back on Edgemoor and rode back to Biker Rags. Upon our return we all ate hot dogs and watermelon and drank pink lemonade. The skies stayed clear throughout the 90 mile ride.
