MONDAY AFTERNOON RIDE

On Monday- August 10, 2009 we had our third Monday Afternoon Ride. Once again, we had a nice sunny day. Jeff and I (Pam) got to lead the ride.

From Biker Rags, we turned left onto Kingston Pike, and then took I-140 to 129 South traveling all the way to the mouth of Foothills Parkway. But before we hit the Parkway, we made a stop at the Fast Lap.

After our stop, we turned left onto Foothills Parkway. The ride over the Parkway is peaceful and beautiful. After leaving the Parkway, we turned left onto 321 North heading toward Maryville.

Once we got to Maryville, we turned right onto Old Maryville Pike and traveled all the way into Knoxville. From Old Maryville Pike, we turned left onto Henley Street, which turns into Broadway. From Broadway, we turned left onto Central Avenue and made our final stop at the Time Warp Tea Room.

After a bite to eat, we are ready to head out.

The Time Warp Tea Room has lots of cool stuff to look at- a nice place to end the ride.

The total mileage was just over 80 miles. Thanks guys for riding with us!
